PChem has office and manufacturing facilities in Bensalem, PA, PChem’s current capabilities include:

- The capacity to produce 2000 kg of Ag nanoparticles annually 3500 kg ink scalable to 6000 kg (10,000 kg ink)

- Lab scale printed product prototyping

- Extensive analytical capability for inks as well as printed product

- An “ISO-lite” product quality systems with separate work areas for (a) analytics, (b) manufacturing, (c) ink   development and (d) printing.
