Combining extensive business expertise with technical acumen, they lead a team of talented employees to create innovative products and solutions for customers around the world.
Greg Jablonski
President
Greg acts as the day-to-day operations leader of the Company. He has extensive experience in product and process development in the chemical process industry. Over his 20 years of experience he has had research leadership and project management roles at ExxonMobil and as Principal Scientist at Parelec, a specialty startup company.
Greg has a PhD in Chemical Materials Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Ian Harris
VP of Strategy and Commercial Development
Ian is the strategic and commercial leader of PChem. He, with Greg, will spearhead the growth strategy going forward. Ian has a proven track record of managing and profitably growing businesses in the specialty chemical business.
Ian brings a unique combination of being able to commercialize technology by understanding and working closely with customers through his experience in global leadership positions at Rohm and Haas Company as Global Director of Strategy and Commercial Development of a $2.5B paints and coatings materials division and General Manager of a $300M European business.
Ian has a BS in Chemical Engineering from South Africa, an MS in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science at University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Michael Mastropietro
Principal Scientist
Mike is responsible for all R&D projects and is the principal scientist and original inventor of the PChem technology. Mike is a co-founder of the Company.
Mike has an MS in Chemical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University
Andreas Rademacher
Business Development Manager
Andreas is responsible for developing revenue opportunities for the Company in Europe. Andreas worked for more than 20 years in various positions in sales, marketing and business management for Rohm and Haas Company, a global specialty chemical company. He had assignments in Europe and the United States. In his last position he was the Business Director for the Polymer & Resins Business in Europe, Middle East and Africa. He brings a vast knowledge of the coatings industry around the world with him.
Andreas received his PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Freiburg, Germany in 1981. His thesis was about light fast fluorescent dyes for the use in solar collectors.
Richard Morris
Business Development Manager
Richard is responsible for developing revenue opportunities for the Company. He has 15 years of experience in specialty chemicals and coatings, including as Business Manager North America for Sun Chemical-Circuits, a $50 million business covering photo imageable solder masks and etch resists for the flexible and rigid circuit board market. Richard has worked in the printed electronics space for the last 10 years in a business development / sales role for a conductive inks start-up, Parelec, and printers, Soligie and Si-Cal who use roll to roll flexographic and screen presses printing medical devices, displays, sensors, RFID tags and lighting.
Richard has a BS in Chemistry from Bristol University, UK.
